We get that buying anything online carries a trust issue… Our return policy is designed take the risk out of the risk. It couldn’t be simpler.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your sunglasses, we will fix the issue. If that means an exchange for a different colour, a totally different style, or issuing you a refund, that is what we will do. Domestic returns and exchanges
(That is anywhere in UK, EU or Thailand)
will receive a pre-paid return label and will be refunded 100% of their purchase price. International returns and exchanges will be issued a pre-paid label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund price. This policy is good for 90 days after purchase.

A COUPLE OF REQUESTS
Generally speaking, you will know that your shades dont sit quite right or match your new Lambo pretty early in the game. We simply ask that you return the product in a re-sellable condition. Please do not scratch them or use them to lever the door open when you forget your keys. Of course if there is an issue with workmanship or quality, we will stand behind the product no matter what.

2. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will check the condition and once deemed acceptable we will process the full refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made via the original source of payment.
3. Ensure your name address and email address are in the returned parcel together with original receipt and method of payment.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we’re able to locate the items (it’s not always possible) and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Order Cancellation

If Your Order Has Been Shipped
For refund or exchange, please return your order to us within 90 days from the day of receipt as per the guidelines above.
